This looks familiar.
As longtime fans might recall, UConn met Michigan State in the 2009 Final Four. Then, five short years later, they went head-to-head in the Elite Eight.
Now, they’re doing it all over again.
Tonight, Alex Karaban’s UConn Huskies are taking on Coen Carr’s Michigan State Spartans in the Sweet 16 at Washington, D.C.’s Capital One Arena.
This time around, oddsmakers have the East Region’s No. 2 UConn favored over No. 3 Michigan by 1.5 points.
We can’t wait to see how this longtime rivalry between two of the NCAA’s most elite programs shakes out this time.
