Chaos has erupted in Spain this evening after reports suggest a number of people have been struck by a driver outside a football stadium.
The horrific scenes happened just minutes before a league match between RCD Espanyol and FC Barcelona at the RCDE Stadium in Cornella-El Prat on the outskirts of Barcelona.
Videos posted on social media show the chaotic scenes, with dozens of police officers in attendance. It is not yet known whether there have been any casualties as a result of the incident.
