Team Cherry’s superb platforming sequel Hollow Knight Silksong has just received a new update on consoles and PC.
Fans hoping for an easier time of it will be disappointed to hear that the new Silksong update doesn’t make any changes to the difficulty, minus one or two tweaks to damage scaling.
Instead, the update primarily focuses on bug fixes and some key additions to controller support for PC.
If you’re a PC user, then the good new is that you can now use the superb PS5 DualSense Edge controller.
Mac users have also been treated to more controller support across the board. The game also pauses when a controller disconnects, which will come in handy during tricky boss fights.
As you can see from the patch notes below, there are also countless bug fixes, including one for when Surgeon enemies sometimes pull the hero out of bounds.
That’s on top of various smaller fixes and tweaks, which should lead to a smoother experience.
