Greggs has unveiled its sizzling new summer menu, delighting fans with a spicy twist on lunchtime favourites and a new take on breakfast. From today, customers across the UK can enjoy four new items, including a chipotle chicken sandwich range and an expanded breakfast deal offering more variety than ever before.
The standouts are spicy additions, with the Hot & Spicy Chipotle Chicken Baguette leading the lineup. This fiery sandwich is packed with spicy chicken breast, Cheddar cheese with chilli, sliced red onion, jalapenos, chipotle chilli sauce, and spicy mayo. Available from £3.60 cold or from £3.95 hot, it can also be enjoyed as part of Greggs’ hot sandwich meal deal, which includes potato wedges and a drink from £5.00.
Also joining the menu is the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread, filled with spicy chicken, chipotle sauce, salad leaves, peppers, and spicy mayo, offering a softer, folded option for those wanting bold flavours without the crunch.
Priced from £3.50, it’s part of the cold sandwich and drink deal from £3.95.
For something with a sweet kick, Greggs has introduced the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Oval Bite, featuring slices of spicy chicken breast, pineapple chilli sauce, mild Cheddar chilli cheese, crispy onions, spicy mayo, and mixed leaves in a seeded roll.
Available from £3.50, it’s included in the cold sandwich deal and available in selected shops.
The fourth major update is a revamp of Greggs’ breakfast deal, now giving customers the option to build a three-part breakfast. In addition to a one-filling breakfast roll or baguette and a hot drink, diners can now choose a side of hash browns, a fresh fruit pot, or creamy yogurt.
The breakfast roll deal starts at £3.95, while the baguette version starts from £5.10.
All new menu items are available nationwide via Click+Collect on the Greggs App, which also gives users access to rewards.
First-time app users receive a free hot drink upon signing up, and everyone gets a sweet treat on their birthday.
