Hundreds of users reported on Friday afternoon that they were unable to access their Google services. The outage was first reported around 3.10pm on July 18. It appears to have affected Gmail accounts, as well as Google Drive, Meet and Workspace.
Downdetector, a website reporting problems being lamented by services and sites’ users, saw a huge spike in reported issues after 3pm.
