Bryson DeChambeau is plotting revenge against Rory McIlroy at this week’s PGA Championship.
The two were paired heading into the final round of last month’s Masters, but DeChambeau struggled to hold his nerve during a nail-biting final round.
Instead, it was Justin Rose who emerged as McIlroy’s most likely challenger, with DeChambeau’s chances withering away.
Speaking ahead of the PGA Championship though, the LIV Golf star has revealed he’d love another crack at the whip against McIlroy.
He explained: “Rory is a great driver of the golf ball and his iron play is great too. I think it’s a golf course that sets up for his shot shapes pretty well and I think it sets up for mine too.
“I am certainly going to give it my all. Hopefully we have another go at it again like at the Masters”
