Germany hostages: Gunman holding four in Ulm Starbucks with 'shots fired'


A gunman is holding four people hostage inside a Starbucks in Germany. Police have locked down part of the Munsterplatz area in Ulm, with reports of ‘shots being fired’.

A spokesperson local police said: “A police operation is currently underway in #Ulm . The northern one #Münsterplatz is cordoned off. Avoid the area as far as possible.”
