Gardeners who suffer from knee problems or arthritis have been snapping up a foldable kneeler that makes backbreaking jobs easier. The Thompson and Morgan 2-in-1 garden kneeler and seat is designed for tending to flower beds, weeding, and tidying up lawn edges.
It comes with a touch-fasten pouch that can be used in either a kneeling or seating position to store gardening tools. The pouch is also foldable, so it can be easily stored in a shed, garage, or cupboard when not in use.
Thompson and Morgan’s 2-in-1 garden kneeler is on sale on Yimbly for £27.99, down from £34.99. Additionally, a 10% discount code brings the price down further to £25.19—simply add the discount code SUMMERDAYS10 at the checkout (code available for use until July 31).
Yimbly is an online marketplace owned by Express’s parent company, Reach Plc. Shipping is free on a customer’s first order.
Other kneeler options from different brands and price points are available. For instance, B&Q has a Taylor Brown kneeler on sale for £24.99. It can be used indoors and outdoors and can be folded up to store.
Elsewhere, Amazon has a VonHaus kneeler for £19.99. It has handles and also comes with a handful of tools, including a trowel, fork, rake, and removable tool pouch.
Thompson and Morgan’s kneeler can also be bought on the brand’s website for £29.99. Here, prospective buyers can find shoppers’ reviews and ratings. A shopper wrote: “Just perfect for doing the garden from weeding to planting and the handles make getting up so simple. Turn it over and you can sit to deal with pots. Plus, there is a canvas tool holder so no more lost trowels/secateurs. Great.”
Another added: “Garden Kneeler arrived within the timeframe noted. The kneeler was well packaged and was undamaged on arrival. This is easy to unfold and fold and is comfortable.
“I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and find this kneeler a great help when out in the garden.” A third liked the product but was not happy with the delivery, saying: “Good product, poor delivery service.”
An additional buyer added: “Helps make gardening comfortable.”
