A trolley service selling food and drinks is available on shorter TUI routes. Passengers are also able to bring their own food, but there are some restrictions.

The airline says people should bring “low-risk food such as pre-made sandwiches and snacks that can be eaten cold”. Passengers are unable to ask staff to provide heating facilities except for heating up bottles for babies.

Meanwhile, all alcohol must be purchased on the plane. Passengers are unable to take their own booze on board.
