A Florida man was jailed after allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl and then locking her inside his clothes dryer, according to police.

Christopher Michael Veit, 53, was arrested at his Key Largo home Sunday morning after police received a frantic 911 call from a girl who claimed she was being held captive there.

Police arrived around 11:45 a.m. and found her trapped in Veit’s clothing dryer.

The sicko took her cellphone, bound her and then forced her into the dryer when she tried to leave, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

It’s not immediately clear how old the girl was, but Veit was charged with sexual battery of a victim between the ages of 16 and 17, the Miami Herald reported.

The relation between Veit and the girl also remains unclear. Investigators alleged there had been sustained sexual contact between them, according to CBS 12.

The teen was transferred to a Tavernier hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries before being released to family.

The girl was not from the Keys, police said.

A cache of counterfeit money was also found in Veit’s home, which brought the US Secret Service into the investigation.

Veit was also charged with kidnapping, unlawful contact with a minor and interference with child custody, with more charges possible, NBC South Florida reported.

He remains behind bars on a $650,000 bond.
