Ferrari star Charles Leclerc has admitted he is “very angry” at suggestions there are tensions within the team.
After his team-mate Carlos Sainz won in Mexico last month, a video emerged which appeared to show the Monegasque star ignoring the race winner. Then, after a difficult day at the Brazilian Grand Prix last time out, Sainz said over his radio: “ My opinion is that we are pushing too hard, absolutely no need for the team.”
And Leclerc has spoken out to refute claims of any sort of rift as he told Sky Deutschland: “I’m very angry with what I’ve seen everywhere. People judge on two seconds of coverage.
“And actually before that, I went to see Carlos and there was no tension because I don’t even know what he was requesting at the beginning of the race.”
