As well as being mum to six-year-old Prince Archie, Meghan Markle also shares a mini-me in the form of Princess Lilibet with Prince Harry. The mum-of-two has often spoken publicly about her children, as well as sharing recent pictures via Instagram – but has also been mindful about protecting their privacy.

Speaking of Lilibet, certified parenting coach and CEO at Live Joy Your Way Kamini Wood has told the Express one thing that she believes Meghan is aiming to teach her daughter. Reflecting on her own experience as a mother to three daughters, as well as two sons, Kam said: “Growing up as a people pleaser, I learned early to quiet my voice to keep the peace.

“Now, with my daughters, I am consciously breaking that cycle.”

She then added: “Meghan is likely focused on raising her own daughter to speak up, advocate for themselves, and trust their instincts, even when it feels uncomfortable.”

Meghan has frequently given fans updates on her children, with her posting three posts on Instagram dedicated to Lilibet’s birthday on June 4.

The Duchess of Sussex posted two adorable black-and-white pictures, including one from shortly after her birth.

Meghan’s post to her daughter read: “Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives – and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!”

Meghan also shared a post from the family’s two-day trip to Disneyland to celebrate Lilibet’s birthday.

Alongside a reel of clips and pictures, many of which included her children, Meghan wrote: “Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!”

As well as a pictures of Harry with their daughter, Meghan also shared a clip of herself and Harry in hospital. In the clip, she appeared to be “twerking” to the viral Baby Mama dance.
