Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made a new joint video appearance this week, and royal fans had one thing to say.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spoke in a video released by their Archewell Foundation about the inaugural United Nations Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children in Bogota, Colombia, which addressed “urgent solutions and actions needed to create a world where children are safe and protected in their homes, schools, communities, and online spaces”.
In the video, which appeared to have been filmed at their Montecito home, the couple applauded the efforts of those addressing the issue and stressed the importance of tackling digital violence to prioritise children’s safety in today’s connected world.
Harry and Meghan wore co-ordinating outfits, with Meghan opting for a navy cashmere blazer by Ralph Lauren (£2,740), which she paired with a black top underneath and a pair of gold studs by Ariel Gordon (£212).
Meanwhile, husband Harry looked dapper in a navy blazer and a crisp white shirt underneath.
They both donned Remembrance poppies.
Royal fans took to social media to praise the couple’s appearance.
One user wrote on Instagram: “I needed this today. Glad to see them and looking so well!”
A second one said: “They look so cute and she looks so young and fresh.”
A third one added: “I needed to see them to give me a good smile.”
A fourth one commented: “Can’t beat a classic navy blazer.”
This is the first joint appearance the Sussex couple have made in weeks.
Harry and Meghan both made various solo appearances in the past couple of months to promote projects and causes close to their heart.
