Some of Thomas Tuchel’s decisions have already been leaked ahead of the official 10am announcement.
Jude Bellingham IS set to be called up after missing out on the last squad, say The Guardian.
Phil Foden was also overlooked last time out and it remains to be seen if he is recalled.
Pep Guardiola said this week: “England is so lucky to have a mountain of good players – so in this position, there are a lot, and that’s why Phil has to push himself to be better and better.
“This season, he’s back, yeah. He’s a special player, but we need his goals, definitely. And today he makes, hopefully, the first step to do it [consistently] before the big match on Sunday.”
