Emily Maitlis told to 'f*** off' by US politician who slams her as 'conspiracy theorist'

News Agents host Emily Maitlis was slammed by Marjorie Taylor Greene, who told her to “f*** off”.

The event, captured on video, happened in Mar-a-Lago on Super Tuesday, when the British journalist asked Greene about her love of conspiracy theories such as Jewish space lasers.

“You’re a conspiracy theorist, the left and the media spreads more conspiracies. We like the truth, we like supporting out Constitution, our freedoms and America First”, Greene told Maitlis, before adding: “Why don’t you go talk about space lasers nad really, why don’t you f*** off?

This refers to a Facebook post that has since been removed, where the Congresswoman alleged that a California wildfire was caused by a space laser under the control of the Rothschild family.

The Rothschild family, a Jewish family frequently targeted by antisemitic conspiracy theories, was implicated in the post.

Before the explosive comment, Greene was asked about Nikki Haley and Donald Trump’s ongoing race in the Republican primaries.

“I think tonight is the message that Trump is the clear winner and it’s time for Nikki Haley to drop out and support him”, Greene saiad, adding that she would support whatever decision Trump made upon choosing a VP.

The tone of the conversation changed when Maitlis asked why so many Trump supporters, including Greene, seemed to flock to conspiracy theories.
