Dunelm has slashed the price of a glass table lamp by 50% as part of its current clearance sale, and some shoppers have said the discount is so good they’re buying more than one. The Ardelia Glass Table Lamp was £45 at full price but has since been reduced to just £22.50 in the sale. It comes in two colourways, a neutral and an earthy green, both of which are fairly versatile.
Dunelm says the lamp has a textured shade and a coloured base made from high-quality glass. The base, which is thicker at the bottom and tapers off towards the top, is described as being a unique shape. It also comes with a handy in-line switch and a 150-cm cable length.
The overall dimensions of the Dunelm lamp are H 54cm x W 23cm x D 23cm, so it’s good for sideboards or end tables, though it might only work on larger bedside tables.
One shopper said they bought two due to the “value for money”, reports Birmingham Live.
Another customer left a review saying: “This is a lovely tall lamp, beautiful when lit up, have bought the smaller one as well.”
Someone else added: “A real bargain and perfect for my living room…very pleased.”
However, another Dunelm shopper suggested that the lamp colour wasn’t what they were expecting. In a review, they said: “Love the glass lamp stand but the shade is a lot darker than shown on the pictures.”
