Miami is hiring Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley as their new head coach, according to multiple reports.
The 46-year-old Hafley, who was among the hot coordinator targets during this hiring cycle, completed his second interview with the team on Monday.
Hafley was hired as the Packers defensive coordinator in 2024.
He takes over a Dolphins team that finished 7-10 and fired coach Mike McDaniel after four seasons.
