A new Diablo 4 update has just been announced by Blizzard.
Diablo 4 update 2.1.4 has a March 18 release date on PlayStation, Xbox and PC. It should be available to download and install from 5pm GMT UK time.
As you can see from the update 2.1.4 Diablo 4 patch notes further down the page, the download should improve performance and visuals.
The headline change is support for Intel XeLL and XeSS Frame Generation.
If your PC meets the hardware requirements, then you can enable this function by visiting the graphics menu in the settings.
Elsewhere, Diablo 4’s default setting will automatically enable resolution scaling for better performance. According to Blizzard, the type of scaling will be picked based on your PC hardware.
Blizzard has also fixed an issue where Inquisitors could teleport to towns in certain scenarios. Likewise, there’s also a fix for the the renaming loadout ability.
That’s on top of the usual improvements to stability and visuals, which you can see in the patch notes below.
