A former Penthouse Pet with a taste for Porsche and Mercedes will face a judge after allegedly wooing lonely old men in Beverly Hills and other posh LA neighborhoods — and then burglarizing their homes.

Adva Lavie, 27, better known to magazine fans as Mia Ventura, faces more than 11 years in prison for a rash of high-end burglaries that prosecutors say she committed after using online dating sites to pick her targets.

Prosecutors allege that from 2023–2025, Lavie trolled dating apps and cultivated relationships to burglarize and steal from wealthy older men and younger women in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

Lavie is accused of posing as a girlfriend and travel companion to older men to gain access to her victims’ homes, and then stealing cash, gold and high-end designer items.

She is charged with six felonies including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information.

A charge of extortion against the misbehaving hottie was tossed for lack of evidence. Lavie pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A judge on Wednesday ruled that Lavie must face trial for her alleged crimes after her attorneys tried to get the charges dismissed.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said the naughty sexpot manipulated vulnerable victims to commit her crimes.

“At her trial, we will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this defendant exploited trust built through online relationships to gain access to victims’ homes and steal from them,” Hochman said. “Her ability to deceptively influence others, whether in person or online, has now come to an end.”

Lavie is scheduled to be arraigned on April 6 in Van Nuys. She is out of custody on an ankle monitor and has been ordered to stay away from her alleged victims.

The sheriff’s bulletin sought additional victims of Lavie.

Cops said Lavie has a high-flying lifestyle.

“She is known to drive a black Porsche SUV and white Mercedes-Benz sedan,” said LA Sheriff Robert Luna in an October bulletin seeking additional victims for the leggy beauty’s alleged crimes.

“Suspect Lavie has been involved in a series of residential burglaries throughout LA County, targeting older men posing as a girlfriend or companion on social media dating platforms and applications,” the department said on Instagram.

Lavie was featured as a “21st Century Penthouse Pet” for July 2023 under the name Mia Ventura, and claims she was the first top Israeli OnlyFans model.

The smokeshow claimed to have served in the Israeli military prior to becoming a sexy model.

Lavie’s Penthouse profile says she “worked as a flight attendant for an international airline and was a first-class stewardess.”

“The charismatic cutie no longer makes her living in the air, but she still loves to travel,” it continues.

Lavie said her “ideal partner” is “someone with a good sense of humor, who’s also smart, motivated and fit.”

The LA sheriff said Lavie is 5 feet 7, weighs about 104 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She did not respond to The Post’s request for comment on her upcoming trial.
