What a jerk!

A Long Island creep who keeps pleasuring himself in front of random women “again and again and again” was arrested – then set loose because of the state’s bail policies, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Alleged creep Nicholas Critelli, 20, was busted for two October incidents where he exposed himself to women while touching himself, only four months after he was busted for letting it all hang out in front of two other women, according to officials.

Both times he was set free because the charges weren’t bail eligible, the Suffolk County District Attorney said.

“The defendant’s alleged behavior is abhorrent — and New York’s broken bail laws allow him to allegedly do this again and again and again,” Suffolk DA Ray Tierney said.

“Case after case shows the same pattern: My office is not allowed to ask for bail despite the seriousness of the alleged crimes and the documented repeated behavior,” Tierney said. “Bail reform is failing New Yorkers, but we will continue to prosecute the four cases against this defendant to secure justice.”

Cops say Critelli’s perv spree started June 4, when he flashed a woman while touching himself in a Saville Target parking lot.

Two days later, he catcalled a woman in a residential neighborhood in Sayville while pleasuring himself in his care, authorities said.

He was arrested for those two incidents but given a desk appearance ticket on public lewdness charges, then cut loose.

But the creep couldn’t keep his hands off himself and he was at it again in October — before he even stood trial for the June incidents.

On the night of Oct. 1, touched himself while sitting in a car parked in a Centereach Walmart in full view of a passing woman, cops said.

Then Critelli pleasured himself in a car in a Commack Target parking lot on Oct 14., authorities claimed — calling out to a woman, “You’re so pretty. Are you from around here?”

Critelli was busted on Oct. 16, the DA said.

He was arraigned the next day on two more counts of public lewdness and freed once again, this time on supervised release, the DA said.

Critelli pleaded not guilty to all charges and is due back in court on Nov. 4.
