Controversial Bob Vylan celebrate death of Charlie Kirk in explicit rant | World | News

Controversial rap duo Bob Vylan celebrated Charlie Kirk’s death during a gig in the Netherlands. The English pair, consisting of Bobby Vylan and Bobbie Vylan, made the shocking remark at a sold-out show, which featured a Palestinian flag draped on the stage.

They performed at Amsterdam’s Paradiso venue on Saturday (September 13). Frontman Bobby, whose real name is Pascal Robinson-Foster, told the crowd: “I want to dedicate this next one to an absolute piece of s*** of a human being.” He continued: “The pronouns was/were. Because if you talk s***, you will get Banged. Rest in peace Charlie Kirk you piece of s***.”

It comes after Bob Vylan caused controversy when they called for “Death to the IDF” during their performance at the Glastonbury Festival this summer. They faced backlash from across the political spectrum, including Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, who called it “appalling hate speech”.

The pair were then dropped from several music festivals, including Kave Fest in France and Radar Festival in Manchester. Their US tour was also cancelled, and their agency, United Talent Agency, ditched them as clients.

Their latest outburst comes just days after the death of Charlie Kirk. The right-wing activist was fatally shot during an open-air speaking event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday.

Tyler Robinson, 22, was arrested on suspicion of his murder on Thursday after reportedly being turned in by a family member. He reportedly made sick jokes in a private Discord chat just hours after the shooting during Kirk’s viral Prove Me Wrong debate.

Kirk’s late wife gave an emotional address while standing beside her husband’s empty chair that he used during podcasts. It was livestreamed from Turning Point USA’s headquarters in Arizona.

The widow quoted the Bible and thanked first responders for trying to save her husband’s life. She also spoke about his love for Donald Trump, the United States and their two young children.

After looking up and whispering a silent prayer, Mrs Kirk said: “Mr President, my husband loved you. And he knew that you loved him too.

“But most of all, Charlie loved his children. And he loved me. With all his heart. And he made sure I knew that everyday.”
