Chilling new ring camera footage showed the mentally deranged Kansas sex offender screaming incoherently — only days before he executed his wife and four children in a grisly murder-suicide.
In the harrowing three-minute clip snapped from a neighbor’s house, Ronald Williams, 53, is seen walking up to his truck, entering the vehicle and packing items into it outside of his Winfield home, while screaming nonsensical vulgarities, according to People.
Much of the audio is censored but on several occasions Williams can be heard shouting “my cousin,” “kill my cousin,” “I’m ‘bout to f—k you up” and “you better believe that” — and at one point entering his truck in the middle of a rant.
A second angle of the doorbell camera captures the registered sex offender looming over a much smaller figure and a child as he continues his frantic packing, repeating, “when we went to Oklahoma.”
The video was taken on Aug. 7, according to KAKE.
Williams gunned down his wife, Kelly George, 44, and their four kids — Carol Williams, 9; Ronald Williams Jr., 7; Sarah Williams, 5, and Kelly Magee-Williams, 3 — around 9 a.m. Tuesday, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation revealed.
After he murdered his family, Williams called 911 and told the dispatch what he’d done and that he “intended to kill himself,” investigators said.
A single gunshot rang out when police swarmed the property around 11 a.m. — and authorities found six people with bullet wounds.
“It is believed Williams Sr. killed the five family members prior to placing the 911 call, and died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound shortly after law enforcement arrived,” the Kansas Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.
Williams was convicted of attempted indecent liberties with a 15-year-old child in 1998.
His rap sheet included felony charges for drugs, battery, assault on a law enforcement, burglary, attempted rape and kidnapping, mostly within the Kansas City metro area, according to KCTV and public records obtained by The Post.
Police were called to the Williams residence roughly two dozen times since September 2024, KAKE reported.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
