A 16-year-old boy was arrested at a Queens high school Thursday after he allegedly menaced a fellow student with a loaded gun during a fight, cops and sources said.

The teen flashed the gun during a clash with another youth around 1:50 p.m. inside Martin Van Buren High School on Hillside Avenue near 232nd Street in Bellrose Manor, according to the NYPD and law enforcement sources.

When the school administration found out, the building was placed on lock down – but the fleet-footed teen had already bolted, the sources said.

When school safety agents found out, they called 911 and officers from the 105th Precinct soon caught up with the fleeing teen and recovered his weapon, according to the sources.

He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and obstructing governmental administration, police said.

The school does not have scanners in place to detect weapons, according to the sources.

The bust comes about a month after three city teens were caught with guns in city schools in one week – two of them in a single day, police said.
