A resident told the Oxford Mail that they could see the flames coming from the top of a building and emergency services are in attendance.
Roads are also shut.
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” the person added.
“We live close and when we got home we could see the smoke from our back garden and could hear loud explosions… I really hope nobody is hurt.”
