Benjamin Sesko has agreed personal terms with both Manchester United and Newcastle United as the transfer saga surrounding his future reaches a climax, according to reports. RB Leipzig have now tabled bids from both Premier League clubs after the Red Devils submitted an offer worth £65million plus £9m in add-ons on Tuesday morning.
Newcastle had been the more aggressive of the two suitors before the latest developments, tabling two formal approaches to the Bundesliga outfit. Leipzig rejected the first, worth £65m plus £5m in add-ons, and have not yet responded to the follow-up proposal of a guaranteed £70m plus bonuses.
