At $65 million, this Nashville mansion is most expensive in state history. See inside.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — If Twin Rivers Farm sells for anything close to its $65 million listing price, the colossal luxury homestead deep in the Nashville suburbs could become the most expensive property deal ever made in Tennessee.

Larry Keele, retired cofounder of one of the world’s largest asset management firms, Oaktree Capital, listed his family’s forested domicile, crisscrossed by rivers in Leiper’s Fork. He and his wife, Leiyan Keele, have transformed the 383-acre farm into a pristine estate adjoining a state-protected preserve.

Franklin-based architect Steve Giannetti designed the property. The goal, he said, was to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living. The grounds include a guest cottage, gardens, horse trails and stables, a pool house with a retractable roof, basketball and tennis courts, two private lakes and an orchard.
