The Army launched an investigation after a military helicopter was seen hovering yards away from Kid Rock’s Tennessee estate during a training run on Saturday.

Maj. Montrell Russell, a spokesperson for the Army, confirmed that the branch had begun an administrative review “to assess the mission and verify compliance with regulations and airspace requirements.”

“The Army is aware of a video circulating online that appears to show AH‑64 Apache helicopters operating in the vicinity of a private residence in the Nashville area,” Maj. Montrell Russell, a spokesperson for the Army, told Politico in a statement.

“Army aviators must adhere to strict safety standards, professionalism, and established flight regulations,” Russell said.

There was no official request for the helicopters to visit Kid Rock’s residence, which is near Fort Campbell, according to Maj. Jonathan Bless, a public affairs officer for the 101st Airborne Division.

Kid Rock, a prominent supporter of President Trump, shared the video of himself saluting the low-flying chopper on social media – sending the internet into a frenzy.

“This is a level of respect that s— for brains Governor of California will never know. God Bless America and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for her,” Kid Rock captioned the post.
