Ring Doorbells are popular for good reason. These nifty gadgets are quick to install on the front of your home and offer a live video feed right to your smartphone to let you keep an eye on all the comings and goings, whether you’re on the sofa or on the other side of the world.
Right now, you can get the Ring Battery Video Doorbell for £59.99 down from £99.99 on Amazon, but we have spotted an even better deal.
The ultimate Ring Doorbell bundle is on sale in the Amazon Spring Deal Days event, and we reckon this huge saving is well worth it. You can get the latest model of the Ring Battery Video Doorbell bundled with a much-need Chime box, all for just £69.99.
That’s a huge saving of £59.99, as this pairing usually costs £129.98.

You can buy the doorbell on its own, but without the Chime accessory, there can’t be a doorbell ringing sound echoing throughout your home, and you’d only get a notification on your smartphone via the Ring app.
We think it’s much smarter to also pick up a Chime when you invest in a new Ring. With this deal, you’re effectively getting the Chime for £10, as the Ring Battery Video Doorbell is on sale on its own for £59.99.
Whereas, pay £69.99 and you get the Doorbell and Chime bundled together.
Installing the Doorbell, which as the name suggests is the battery powered version, does not require hardwiring the device to your home’s traditional doorbell circuit. However, you should be prepared to need a screwdriver or drill to affix the Doorbell to the outside of your house, either to brick, wood or concrete depending where you want to mount it.
You simply need to keep an eye on the device’s battery levels and occasionally unclip it from its mount to charge it up inside via USB-C.
When home and the Doorbell and Chime are set up and connected to Wi-Fi, the bell sound will be enough to let you know someone is at the door. But when you’re out, when someone presses the bell or even just walks by, you can get notifications sent to your phone. You can then tap to view the live video feed from the Ring, and can even talk to who is there thanks to the two way chat function.
This Doorbell also comes with a 30-day free subscription to Ring Home, which you will need to keep paying for if you want to unlock all the features. This costs from £4.99 per month and gives you access to package alerts, up to 180 days of event history recorded and saved plus vehicle detection and access to the live view outside your door at any time. Paying for the pricier tiers unlocks more features, as you would expect.
The Amazon Spring Deal Days sale started on March 25 and runs till March 31, though we aren’t sure how long this particular deal will last for. Thankfully you don’t have to be an Amazon Prime subscriber to get access to this low price.
