Amazon has just announced the date for its next big Prime Day sale and it could give you a big reason to think about buying a new Fire TV Stick, Echo or Kindle. Prime Day sale events are renowned for offering huge price cuts on Amazon’s popular range of devices and there’s nothing to suggest that 2025 will be any different.
Previous sales have seen devices such as Amazon’s premium Fire TV Stick 4K Max drop to under £45 – saving over £25. The Echo smart speaker has also plummeted in price over recent years with Prime Day offering this smart speaker for as little as £17.99.
Other deals have included money off the latest Kindles, Fire TVs screens and Fire tablets.
If you currently own old versions of any Amazon gadgets and feel like you want to refresh them then the date you need to know is July 8.
That’s when the next Prime Day sale will officially get underway with the offers then running all week.
To add to the Prime excitement, along with those cuts to Amazon’s own-brand devices, it’s also been confirmed that products from Bose, Sonos and LEGO will all be reduced in price during Prime Day 2025.
Amazng also says there will be new offers this year called, “Today’s Big Deals”.
The retailer says these will be themed daily deal drops featuring some of the most exciting deals of the event, exclusive to Prime members.
Members can enjoy deep discounts across top brands like Samsung, Kiehl’s, and Levi’s. These special offers launch daily at midnight PDT and remain available for a limited time, while supplies last.
It should be a good few days to go shopping, especially if you want to upgrade your Fire TV Stick, Echo or Kindle.
Just remember, you’ll need a Prime membership to get all the deals coming up on Prime Day. This usually costs £8.99 per month but Amazon does offer a free trial for one month.
That means you can sign up, take part in the sale and then cancel before the fee starts being taken.
