Amazon confirms Prime Day dates and ‘hundreds’ of deals

Amazon has today confirmed the continuation of its annual tradition: Prime Day. The event, which takes place each summer, has just had its dates announced for the string of dates for 2025. From Tuesday, July 8, 2025, to Friday, July 11, 2025, Amazon will kick off its Prime Day with hundreds of deals on much-loved brands.

Keen-eyed Amazon fans may have noticed the length of this Prime Day is a little different to those that have come before it. This 96-hour Prime Day is the “first time” the event has lasted this long. And there’s enormous deals to be snapped up on the way, as well. It’s crucial for Amazon users to remember, however, that this event is exclusive to members of Amazon Prime – which you can sign up for here. Otherwise, some early deals are already live which can be perused here.

Prime Day 2025 will include a collection of massive brands on sale throughout the week.

This includes Bose, Dyson, Lego, Shark, CeraVe, Ninja, Sonos and plenty more, as well as “hundreds of thousands of deals”.

It isn’t just technology with the deals, though. Amazon will be slashing prices on items in personal care, electronics, gardening paraphernalia, home entertainment and more.

And that’s before one factors in the price cuts on textbooks, clothes, travel accessories, and more.

There’s a brand new way to get deals this year, as well.

Amazon’s Prime Day 2025 will be introducing Today’s Big Deals. These will feature “daily themes curated exclusively for Prime members”.

They will include limited-time “new deal drop” deals – each of which launch at midnight every day.

Anyone can join Amazon Prime for £8.99 per month, or £95 per year here.

Elsewhere, other retailers currently holding sales include Dunelm where lots of items have up to 50% off. Debenhams also has up to 70% off living and home items. Meanwhile Shark is also hosting a June sale with savings on a number of vaccums.
