Drivers in Kent face yet more traffic chaos following the shooting of a chainsaw-wielding man on Monday.
Part of the A20 is to close once more as the bomb squad return again to the site.
Kent Police have said: “The A20 has been temporarily closed today (Friday 11 July) between Hollingbourne roundabout and Hospital Road. This is part of ongoing enquiries into a police shooting which took place on Monday 7 July 2025.
“The Explosive Ordnance Disposal team will be attending the scene to carry out further searches of the area. Motorists are advised to find alternative routes until further notice.”
