The Primark store in Nottingham city centre has been shut down due to a police incident. The entrance of the clothing retailer, located off Old Market Square, was cordoned off earlier today (Sunday, February 23).
Images circulating on social media depict at least four police vehicles stationed outside the shop earlier in the day. Currently, two cars remain on site, with numerous officers and security personnel standing guard.
The specifics of the incident are yet to be disclosed, reports Nottinghamshire Live.
