The young princess’s favourite film is a Disney classic which both adults and children enjoy.
Princess Kate revealed her nine-year-old daughter’s favourite film while helping out at The Baby Bank in Windsor back in 2023.
Kate often shares insight into her family’s lives and these sweet anecdotes are often relatable for many families.
The royal mum helped to fold baby clothes and sorted through donations as she spoke about the importance of community initiatives, reports Hello Magazine.
At the event, Princess Kate looked through a large pile of boxes that had been donated by Mattel containing Buzz Lightyear toys, the Princess revealed: “Oh yes, my daughter is a huge fan of Toy Story.”
Toy Story was a huge Disney hit, the first film releasing in 1995 and spawning a popular ongoing franchise.
Since then, three sequels, all starring Tom Hanks and Tim Allen as the voices of Woody and Buzz Lightyear.
Princess Charlotte has a range of hobbies and after the 2022 Commonwealth Games, which she attended with her parents, another favourite of hers became apparent.
During the visit, the young royal gave an insight into her favourite pastime, with Tim Lawler, chief executive of SportsAid, revealing: “She really, really loved seeing the swimming, but she’s interested in the gymnastics.
“While they are trying lots of different sports at home, when I asked her about sport she answered very easily and said ‘It’s gymnastics that I like’,” he continued.
But this isn’t the only sporty hobby the young Princess has, according to The Mirror, she also enjoys dancing.
Princess Kate and Prince William have opened up about this hobby, with Kate confirming that her little girl “loves” dance while talking to English National Ballet director Tamara Rojo in 2017.
In 2023 as a special birthday treat, Kate also took Princess Charlotte and friends to a ballet performance of Cinderella at the Royal Opera House in London.
