Meghan Markle reportedly loves this snack and it’s a healthy yet tasty option you could easily add into your own diet.
She is known to enjoy cooking and has recently announced her new show With Love, Meghan, which will give viewers an insight into her kitchen.
According to Hello Magazine, Meghan enjoys eating apple slices with peanut butter which was revealed in the royal biography Finding Freedom.
“For snacks in between meals, she opted for apple slices and peanut butter,” say Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand.
The nutritional snack is easy to make and is also affordable – it’s a great addition to any lunch box.
But this isn’t the only food she loves, for a sweet treat, Meghan also reportedly loved making banana bread.
The Duchess of Sussex surprised her hosts at a farm during her and Prince Harry’s royal tour of Australia by presenting them with homemade banana bread.
Showing her baking prowess, Meghan baked a chocolate chip and ginger banana bread in Admiralty House, which was said to be “delicious.”
Again for home bakers, making banana bread is an achievable and simple recipe that you don’t need to be a professional to make.
The cake was a popular choice for many who took to baking during lockdown and there are minimal ingredients making it an easy bake.
Meghan’s new show was originally meant to air on January 15 but the show has been pushed back to March 4 after the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.
Announcing the delayed date, Meghan said: “I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California.”
In the show, Meghan will show her practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old.
She and her guests will roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, garden, and home to share their top tips.
