The body of a British man who went missing after he was spotted in an “increasingly heated” argument with an unknown man has been found on a beach in Thailand.
Regan Kelly, 28, disappeared shortly after an explosive row with the person in question.
The incident was captured on CCTV footage, which occured outside a hostel bar on the Thai the island of Phuket.
