Flavio Bolsonaro and his family have been given visas to allow them entry into the United States after they fled Brazil in the wake of his loss in that country’s presidential election.

“The State Department will issue visas to Flavio Bolsanaro and his family and allow them entry into the United States,” an administration official told The Post.

The family’s location is unclear.

Bolsonaro was favored to win Sunday’s presidential election but ended up losing in a shock result to leftist incumbent Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

President Trump criticized Brazil’s election on Monday, saying: “It looked like another rigged election.”

Bolsonaro’s shocking departure from the country — along with his wife and two daughters — came a day after the Brazilian police asked him to hand over his passports because he was being investigated for corruption, money laundering and tax evasion.

The senator has not been charged and has denied any wrongdoing. He claims the investigations are political persecution.

A senior Brazilian Federal Police official said Bolsonaro did not exit the country via any regular migration point.

Flavio’s father, former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, also went to the United States after refusing to concede losing to Lula in 2022.

He eventually returned to Brazil — but was later given a 27-year sentence for plotting a coup and is currently under house arrest.

His son has yet to officially concede defeat — saying on Sunday he would seek the annulment of the result over alleged voter irregularities — but his Liberal Party said on Monday it acknowledged Lula’s victory.

Flavio’s brother, Eduardo Bolsonaro, lives in the US and has close ties to the Trump administration.

Flavio is the eldest and has worked in politics since finishing law school. Elected senator in 2019, he is seen as his father’s political heir.

Lula, who turned 81 on Tuesday, received more than 64 million votes, compared with fewer than 60 million for the younger Bolsonaro, a margin of nearly 4%.
