Serena Williams returns to Wimbledon this afternoon.

The 23-time Grand Slam winner announced her return to pro tennis on June 1 and has since competed in two doubles events: Queen’s Club with Victoria Mboko and the Berlin Open with Karolina Muchova.

Now, Williams, 44, will play singles for the first time in four years as a wildcard entrant at Wimbledon, where she won seven titles from 2002 to 2016.

Her first match will be against Maya Joint. The 20-year-old Australian is playing in her second Wimbledon tournament this year.

Williams and sister Venus, who won 14 Grand Slams over 15 years in doubles, will reunite on the Wimbledon court later this week as a doubles wildcard entry. Their first match will be on July 2.

The winner of today’s match will move onto the second round to face either Alexandra Eala or Renata Zarazúa on July 2.

What time is Serena Williams’ first match at Wimbledon?

Serena Williams will face off against Maya Joint at approximately 12 p.m. ET.

It will be the third and final match of the day on Centre Court, and will follow the conclusions of both Townsent-Swiatek and Blockx-Zverev.
