The Giants added a veteran receiver Monday morning — but it won’t be a storybook reunion for Odell Beckham Jr.

The Giants instead signed Braxton Berrios after an early-morning workout at the team’s New Jersey facility, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Berrios could factor more on special teams, where he has had success as a returner.

The Giants intensified their search for a veteran receiver after Gunner Olszewski suffered what is believed to be a torn Achilles.

The Giants brought Berrios, Beckham, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Anthony Miller in for the workout.
