A 3-year-old girl was found unconscious after apparently falling out of an apartment window in Queens Wednesday evening, according to police.

Police responded to 64th Street and Myrtle Avenue in Glendale around 6:45 p.m. to reports of an unconscious child on the pavement.

Cops found the tiny tot sprawled out on the pavement with injuries consistent with having fallen from an elevated position — and roped off a section of the sidewalk in front of AA Relax Spa, located at 64-06 Myrtle Ave.

The child’s aunt told The Post she didn’t know what happened, just that she was called by her sister.

“I just want to know what happened,” she said between tears, before a young man embraced and comforted her.

She was transported to Cohen Children’s Medical Center in critical but stable condition.

No further details have been released and the incident under investigation.
