Kyle Busch suffered a tragic “chain of events” before his tragic death at 41.
Busch had bacterial pneumonia for “days to weeks” before he developed sepsis, according to a death certificate obtained by Us Weekly.
The sepsis then caused small clots in Busch’s bloodstream. He then suffered a hemorrhagic shock due to severe blood loss.
