Disgraced ex-Miramax boss Harvey Weinstein complained about chest pains Wednesday — just hours after the jury began deliberating in his third Manhattan sex crimes trial.
Weinstein’s health concerns were brought up by Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Curtis Farber after the jury handed in their first note during day one of deliberations.

“Mr. Weinstein is in [Department of Corrections] custody and is having chest pains and he is not feeling well,” the judge explained, before adding that DOC didn’t want to “bring him to the courtroom.”
Weinstein’s attorney Marc Agnifilo said that he was alerted about Weinstein’s qualm by court staff.
It’s unclear what exactly Weinstein, 74, was complaining about, but his laundry list of health concerns have been well documented during his sex crime trials.
The decrepit perv, who regularly appears in court in a wheelchair, was diagnosed with colon cancer while locked up on Rikers Island.
Meanwhile, the jury requested a powerpoint slide and a page from Jessica Mann’s testimony from her grueling cross examination by defense attorney Teny Geragos.
The judge cut the jury out early Wednesday and said that the jurors would receive their materials Thursday morning.
Faber said that he had marked Weinstein for “medical attention” after a brief closed doors meeting with attorneys.
