An inside look at the 2027 NFL Draft reveals that Arch Manning is the top prize for prospective teams.

Oddsmakers across the sports betting landscape have Manning as the favorite to be the No. 1 overall pick, with bet365 making Manning a +170 favorite to be selected by that lucky top team.

Oregon quarterback Dante Moore sits behind him at +450 odds, while Notre Dame signal-caller C.J. Carr is an even more distant at +850.

Moore spurned the 2025 NFL Draft, where he likely would’ve been selected No. 2 overall by the Jets had he entered.

He chose to return to Oregon, where he is among the Heisman Trophy favorites.

Regardless of how you shake it, there are loads of quarterbacks with the resume to be drafted near the top of the 2027 NFL Draft, which is figured to be headlined by a few tanking teams, including the Jets, who have loads of draft capital at their disposal.

The Cardinals are projected to have the fewest wins during the regular season with +240 odds.

Arizona is a mess on the offensive side of the ball entering 2027, passing on drafting quarterback Ty Simpson, who instead went to the Rams in a stunner.

Jacoby Brissett is the favorite to start at quarterback for the Cardinals after a strong season in relief of Kyler Murray.

Brissett threw for a career high 23 touchdowns in 2025, along with eight interceptions and 3,366 yards in 14 games last year.

Betting on the NFL?

Should a team with a set signal callerget the No. 1 overall pick, such as the Raiders, Ohio State superstar wide receiver Jeremiah Smith is the favorite to be selected No. 1 among non-quarterbacks.

Smith is +800 to go No. 1 overall, according to bet365, though a receiver being picked first has happened only twice in NFL history, last occurring in 1996 when the Jets picked Keyshawn Johnson.
