Jon Cryer looked like he could use a refund after wasting $10,000 on disgraced candidate Eric Swalwell’s failed campaign for California Governor.

The former “Two and a Half Men” star was spotted looking downcast in Hollywood Thursday as more information surfaced on the alleged misdoings of Swalwell … including details about his alleged rapes in Los Angeles and New York City.

Thursday also marked Cryer’s 61st birthday, but the actor didn’t appear to be doing much to celebrate — running errands between CVS and Staples.

Among some of Swalwell’s other celebrity contributors: Robert De Niro, Kathy Griffin and Jon Hamm all pitched in $10,000 while Bryan Lourd, CEO of Creative Artists Agency, backed him with a $12,500 contribution.

“We’re in this era where only freaking white straight guys can win. And so if he’s the one that’s most electable, we don’t want the two Republican challengers,” she said on her “Talk Your Head Off” podcast.
