Mayor Zohran Mamdani was reportedly heckled — by a critic who shouted “every Jewish organization is a target” — while the anti-Israel pol was speaking at a Passover seder event this week.

Hizzoner was referencing the recent spike in antisemitism, that he said “has caused enormous pain for so many Jewish New Yorkers,” when the unidentified person shouted from the back of the room Monday night, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency reported.

Other attendees at Jewish entrepreneur Michael Dorf’s 33rd annual “Downtown Seder” at the City Winery reportedly shushed the heckler after the brief outburst.

One person shouted in response, “Stop the xenophobia, let him speak.”

An attendee told The Post on Tuesday that when Mamdani was first introduced, a woman at a table also shouted, “Shame, shame, shame.”

“People seemed very upset that he was there. There was a lot of murmuring,” the attendee said.

Another source who attended the event told The Post the situation was “wild.”

“He was heckled,” the source said. “It’s never like that.”

The event sparked controversy before it even began, when Israeli-American comic Modi Rosenfeld, or Modi, pulled out of the benefit when he found out Mamdani would be on hand.

“We were not told Mamdani was participating in this event until today,” according to a message posted on the comedian’s Instagram account Monday afternoon. “Modi will no longer be attending.”

Mamdani was heckled as he spoke, according to a report.

Rosenfeld’s manager, Leo Veiga, who is also the comedian’s husband, told Jewish Insider “it’s just inappropriate to be blindsided” by Mamdani’s appearance the same day.

A liberal rabbi and Israeli musician were featured at the event, according to reports.

Mamdani, 34, has faced scrutiny and backlash for his stances against Israel, including saying he does not believe the nation should exist a Jewish state.

The Passover event takes place annually.

He’s also been criticized for palling around with figures accused of antisemitism, such as left-wing Twitch streamer Hasan Piker and pro-Palestinian activist Linda Sarsour.

Following the heckling incident, Mamdani received a round of applause as he continued his speech, reports said.

“This is New York City, and we love to be here,” Mamdani said, according to JTA.

“I say it because we know that if there was complete decorum anywhere that we were, then we would have to ask ourselves if we had left the city that we love, and it is important to be here and to acknowledge that this is what it means to love and to lead the place that we call home,” he said.
