A never-before-seen photo of ex-prince Andrew lounging barefoot in a robe with Jeffrey Epstein and British diplomat Peter Mandelson emerged Friday in files released by the US Department of Justice.
The disgraced former royal, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, is seen relaxing at an outdoor wooden table with Mandelson, who also sports a robe and no shoes — as Epstein sits next to them fully clothed.

There’s no date or context for the photo but it’s believed to have been taken between 1999 and 2001 — years before the late pedophile was convicted of child sex offenses in 2008.
A similar photo appeared of Mandelson, a former Labour Party politician, in Epstein’s notorious “birthday book,” which was released last year.
