The fallout from Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos’ broken engagement continues.

A copy of the purported memo the now-former couple sent to wedding guests informing them the destination nuptials were off made its way online Monday — two days after it was first reported they had parted ways one month before the big day.

“As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday April 10, 2026. It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers,” the message obtained by TMZ read.

Prescott, 32, and Ramos concluded the note by signing their names.

News of the couple’s breakup was first reported Saturday following their joint bachelor and bachelorette bashes in the Bahamas.

Matters between the pair had “been rocky behind the scenes for months” with a “blowup argument” unfolding during the Caribbean getaway, according to TMZ, which noted Ramos pulled the plug.

A disagreement about a prenuptial agreement was not the catalyst for the split, the outlet reported Monday.

First linked in September 2023, Ramos and Prescott revealed their engagement the following October. They share two young daughters: Margaret Jane Rose, 2, and 9-month-old Aurora Rayne.

A rep for Ramos told People on Monday “they’re committed to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way.”

“It’s still shocking for them since this happened so recently, and they ask for privacy while they sort everything out,” the rep added.

Prescott is entering his 11th season with the Cowboys. He signed a four-year, $240 million contract extension with the club in 2024.
