California Gov. Gavin Newsom ripped President Trump as “un-American” during an appearance in Munich Saturday after leaving the Golden State state behind for a second European sojourn in less than a month.
Newsom took the stage at the Munich Security Conference and quickly started taking shots at Trump, part of his ongoing routine of criticizing the commander-in-chief in front of world leaders.

“I hope you understand that Donald Trump is not only temporary, but he may be among the most un-American presidents ever to have resided at 16000 Pennsylvania Avenue,” Newsom said.
He also took shots at the MAGA movement, saying “it is already fraying in the United States.”

Newsom landed in Germany after a stop at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, last month.
His appearance at the Munich conference marks another effort by the Democrat to raise his profile ahead of a possible 2028 presidential run.
