A Mexican national has been arrested for sexually assaulting a child under the age of 10.
The Department of Homeland security nabbed Jose Hilario Millan-Flores, 30, of Mexico, on February 2.
Jose Hilario Millan-Flores, 30, was nabbed for lewd acts with child under 14, sodomy with victim under 10, sexual penetration of victim under 14 and obstructing a public officer.
The Los Angeles ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations caught up with him on Feb 2nd.
A picture released by the agency shows him in a white t-shirt, smiling.
It’s unclear whether Flores’ victim was male or female.
Flores is in ICE custody pending removal according to the Feds.
