She’s not dashing to get out of Rikers.
Accused serial dine-and-dash diva Pei Chung on Wednesday refused to leave her jail cell in Rikers Island for a Brooklyn court date — the second time she tried take herself off the legal menu.
But unlike the last time Chung, 34, attempted to pull no-show shenanigans, Judge Jacob Zelmanovitz opted to let the faux foodie stew in her jail cell instead of hauling her into court.
Zelmanovitz noted the couture-loving Chung hadn’t yet undergone a psychiatric evaluation that the proceeding had been scheduled to cover.
“They had a power outage on the day that the exam was scheduled to happen, at Rikers Island, last week,” Chung’s attorney Henry Dechalus told The Post after the hearing.
“They had a power outage, so it’s going to have to be rescheduled.”
Chung’s unhinged last court appearance on Dec. 17 — which unfolded after she was dragged from Rikers — only added to existing questions about her mental health.
The wannabe influencer repeatedly interrupted Judge Orville Reynolds during the hearing, prompting him to snap, “When I speak, you don’t speak! Understand?!”
Undeterred, Chung inexplicably replied, “That is not correct.”
The wackadoo antics aren’t new for Chung, who had the cops called on her at least 10 times for rolling into fine-dining restaurants in designer duds and allegedly refusing to pay.
She even reviewed her purloined meals on a bland blog and a moderately spicy Instagram — which boasted she’s “99 lb No plastic surgery” along with posts of her in lingerie, Prada, Louis Vuitton and Hermes.
The flee spree ultimately led to Chung being shipped off to Rikers in November on theft charges and a $4,500 bail — an amount the glittery gourmand hasn’t yet been able to fork over.
Dechalus said he’s been trying to contact Chung’s family in Taiwan to help pay the bail and free her after three months behind bars.
When asked if he had any luck, the lawyer replied, “Not yet.”
Chung is next scheduled for a March 5 hearing over the yet-to-be-administered psych exam.
