Keenan Allen and Amon-Ra St. Brown will go head-to-head later this month, but the battle won’t be on a football field.
The NFL superstars will actually square off on hardwood — as the NBA revealed on Tuesday the Lions receiver (a native of Anaheim Hills, Calif.) and the Chargers wideout will be on opposing teams during the 2026 Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.
It will all go down on Feb. 13 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, Calif., and the pass catchers were just two of many notable figures who will suit up for the annual exhibition.
Joining St. Brown on one of the teams will be Keegan-Michael Key, Shams Charania, Tacko Fall and Jeremy Lin, among others.

Allen’s team will feature a host of prominent celebs, including music producer DJ Mustard, Suns chairman and governor Mat Ishbia and ex-NBA star Jason “White Chocolate” Williams.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Mookie Betts and comedian Anthony Anderson will all have roles as coaches.
The NBA also announced the game’s halftime entertainment will be K-pop group CORTIS.
So far, no public barbs just yet from Allen or St. Brown, but as two of the better talkers in the NFL, it’s hard to imagine some won’t find social media soon.
Tip-off for the game is slated for 4 p.m. PT.
